Cat 1 is a 75' Semi Truck & Trailer combination built to assist in restoring lives of those effected by a storm or major catastrophe.  Cat 1 is equipped with wireless internet, in motion satellite, 3 plasma tv's, living qaurters and a 30' office area.  A Cat 1 is self contained, and can be on the road or in your community for months at a time.
